Gia is a traditional Vietnamese restaurant that elevates its dishes to a high-end culinary experience. What make Gia unique is that guests do not choose from a pre-set menu. Instead, they are served a Tasting Menu, which includes 12 courses and beverages carefully curated by the head chef, based on the freshest seasonal ingredients available.

The menu changes every three months, ensuring that each dining experience at Gia feels unique. This concept is similar to the popular "Blind Box" trend on social media, where your sensory journey is guided by beautifully presented dishes that surprise and delight.
